The MG4 EV launched in Europe last September 2022. The presence of this crossover completes the line of electric cars from this British manufacturer. Previously, they owned MG ZS EV, MG5 EV and Marvel R.

The MG4 EV is their first global electric car, dubbed the ‘Global Pure Electric SuperPower Crossover' which uses the latest battery technology, the ‘Rubik's Cube'.

High-power electric drive, rear drive architecture combined with five connecting rods, is claimed to be able to accelerate from 0-100 kph, in 3.8 seconds.

This electric car also has an exclusive systemation platform, and adopts a triple impact beam design, CPM capacitor application, and enhanced battery safety protection, thus providing maximum safety.

The MG4 EV battery can be charged from 10 – 80% in just 35 minutes, using a common rapid charger with a capacity of 150 kW. Checking battery status can also be accessed from anywhere using the MG iSMART application installed on the smartphone.

The MG i-SMART application can help find the nearest charging station, as well as control various functions, and can also access various other MG4 EV statuses. With an integrated system between cars, smartphones and the internet, users can operate door locks remotely.

The MG4 EV is designed using Energetic Agile Design, upholding practical, economic, intelligent and trendy. Six color choices are offered, namely Arctic White, Holborn Blue, Black Pearl, Camden Grey, Dynamic Red. The latest, is Volcano Orange, which means it can free users from limitations in expressing themselves through the car they drive.

Entering the cabin, there is a floating console, the design is simple but looks modern, without losing functionality. Various features from Apple CarPlay or AndroidAuto, can be accessed from the 10.25-inch color touch screen. The wireless charging pad is located behind the Rotary Gear Selector, adding convenience when charging gadget batteries.
