The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is an electric car that uses the Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). The Hyundai Ioniq 5 comes in two variants namely Prime and Signature.
All variants of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 are available with a standard 58 kWh battery option and a 72.6 kWh Long Range battery.
So what are the differences between the Prime and Signature variants? First, the Signature variant gets LED lamp garnishes that are not in the Prime variant.
The headlights of these two variants are both LED, but only the Signature gets Parametric Pixel LED Dual Projector lights.
In addition, the Prime variant also does not have a Vision Roof roof and door levers that insert automatically. Signature variant has been equipped with electric seats with memory functions, heated and cooling front seats, Relaxation Comfort Seats, and heated rear seats.
Then there are several Signature features that the Prime variant does not get, such as a wireless charger, sliding center console, power tailgate, and Vehicle to Load (V2L).
The Prime variant is equipped with a 6-speaker audio system, while the Signature variant has 8-speaker BOSE audio.
Regarding the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) feature, only the Signature variant has the complete Hyundai SmartSense.
This integrative feature consists of Smart Cruise Control, High Beam Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist, Blind-Spot View Monitor, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance-Assist. .
In addition to the complete Hyundai SmartSense, the Signature variant has also been pinned with Safe Exit Assist which is unfortunately not available in the Prime variant.
