What every buyer should know about Renault Twizy

This tiny electric vehicle has a unique shape with protruding wheel designs. Its capacity is two people including the driver.

Then the rims used are 13 inches in size. The tires are 125/80 for the front and 145/80 for the rear. The brakes used are disc brakes.

Unlike most cars in general, the door of this electric vehicle looks unique because of the scissor style.

The seat configuration is 1+1 similar to that of an auto rickshaw. The steering wheel is also in the middle, but unlike the Bajaj, the Renault Twizy already uses a steering wheel like a car.

Another thing that distinguishes it from other cars is the absence of entertainment features in the interior. But there is a 12 volt socket that can be used for charging. Renault also embeds a parking sensor called Parking Master.

On the dashboard of the car there is an econometer, a hazard light button and a button-shaped transmission. The three transmission options are R, N and D.

Renault Twizy uses 3CG Electric Asynchronous with Electric Direct Drive technology. The battery has a capacity of 6.1 kWh, producing 13 kW of power which is channeled through a gear reduction automatic transmission.

Charging time is fairly short at 3.5 hours. Then the acceleration is 0-45 km per hour in 6.1 seconds. The maximum speed is 80 km per hour.
