The Volvo C40 Recharge has just been awarded the 2022 TOP SAFETY PICK+ (TSP+) from the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety (IIHS).
The Volvo C40 Recharge is a fully electric compact SUV from Sweden manufacturing TSP+ awarded by IIHS. Please note, TSP+ is only given to vehicles that have the highest level of security.
Volvo includes several safety features for the Volvo C40 Recharge including automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, pedestrian and nearby driver detection.
The C40 Recharge comes with a sleek, low-profile design and is the first Volvo vehicle to be designed on pure electricity and the first to feature a leatherless interior.
The C40 Recharge is the latest embodiment of Volvo’s commitment to a zero-emissions future, with the goal of becoming a fully electric car company by 2030.
