VinFast comes to Paris Motor Show 2022 with 4 electric vehicle models

VinFast is increasingly aggressive in marketing its electric car, this time the blue continent of Europe is the target. Appearing at the Paris Motor Show 2022, VinFast is confident in bringing the entire line-up of electric cars to open the eyes of European consumers.

The confidence of the new automotive player from Vietnam deserves thumbs up. Fully supported by the Vietnamese Government, now the EV deserves to compete with Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz and so on.

VinFast has also confirmed that it will set up headquarters in three European countries to transform itself into a global car brand.

The new offices will be located in Frankfurt, Paris and Amsterdam, according to VinFast. Each country will have a sales strategy tailored to that market.

There are 4 electric cars brought, namely the VF5, VF6, VF7 and VF8 EV, covering segments B to E. This is like VinFast’s invasion of the European automotive market, because the big brands in Europe don’t have that many EV lineup.

The seriousness of VinFast is also unmitigated. The Vietnamese company uses the services of a well-known European design house for its cars.

Recent examples are the designs for their EVs, the VF8 and VF9 which are owned by Pininfarina, and the VF6 and VF7 designed in collaboration between VinFast and Torino Design.

The hallmark of VinFast’s distinctive design language is the wing-shaped LED light motif with the letter ‘V’ logo emblem in the middle, as a signature that the car is from Vietnam.

Uniquely, the EV with specifications, quality and luxury features costs much more affordable than Tesla.

For example, the VF8 is powered by 408 PS and can reach 96 km / h in 5.3 seconds and has a range of up to 471 km, priced at only $ 57,000.

While the 7-seater VF9 with the same powertrain and performance, but can reach a range of up to 594 km, is priced at $76,000. While the cheapest Tesla is much more expensive than that.
