Toyota announced on Monday the start of sales for its e-Palette battery electric vehicle (BEV), designed for multi-use mobility services. The vehicle will be available from September 15 in Japan, the company said.
The e-Palette features a spacious interior and large windows, allowing it to function as both a transport vehicle and a platform for services such as mobile stores or entertainment spaces. Toyota said the vehicle can support a variety of daily applications, including shuttle services during peak hours and commercial operations while stationary.
