Turkish electric vehicle manufacturer Togg plans to expand its model range with the T6X, a smaller and more affordable electric SUV scheduled to be unveiled in June 2027.
The new model will join the company’s existing T10X electric SUV and T10F electric sedan, with Togg targeting a broader customer base through a significantly lower price point.
Togg CEO Fuat Tosyalı confirmed the planned unveiling in an interview with Turkish news agency Anadolu Agency. He said the company had developed the T6X specifically to make electric mobility more accessible.
“After the T10X and the T10F, we have specifically developed the T6X to be much, much more affordable than current market prices. We will also be running corresponding campaigns.”
The company has not yet disclosed the T6X’s technical specifications, battery options, driving range or expected retail price.
B-Segment SUV Targets Wider Market
The T6X is expected to occupy the B-segment, placing it below the T10X in Togg’s lineup. Its compact dimensions and positioning are intended to make it more suitable for urban driving while offering a lower entry price into the brand.
In an earlier interview, Tosyalı outlined the company’s ambition to develop an electric vehicle combining affordability, efficiency and equipment.
“We are working flat out to offer the cheapest and most efficient car with the best equipment, and hopefully we will achieve this goal.”
The company has also indicated that the model’s competitive pricing and compact design could increase competition in Turkey’s electric vehicle market.
Togg first announced plans for a more affordable third model in January 2026, when it celebrated production of its 100,000th electric vehicle. At the time, Tosyalı said the upcoming vehicle would carry the T6 name and target a wider audience than the T10X and T10F.
The selection of the T6X name now points to an electric SUV configuration. A potential T6F electric sedan could eventually complement the model, following the naming structure of Togg’s existing range. However, the company has not confirmed plans for such a vehicle.
Both the T6X and T6F names were trademarked by Togg in 2023.
Germany Leads Togg’s International Expansion
Togg initially sold its vehicles exclusively in Turkey before beginning its international expansion in September 2025 with an entry into Germany.
Togg Targets Higher Output in 2026 as German Expansion Marks First Overseas Push
The company selected Germany as its first overseas market partly because of its large Turkish expatriate population, which it sees as a potential customer base for the brand.
The planned T6X could broaden Togg’s appeal as it develops its presence beyond Turkey, particularly if the company succeeds in delivering the lower pricing it has indicated. Further details about the model’s specifications, production plans and market availability are expected closer to its scheduled June 2027 unveiling.
