Early reservation holders of the Tesla Cybertruck Foundation Series edition have shared insights into the full list of features and options available with the dual-motor or tri-motor configurations. Tesla enthusiasts who received invitations to purchase the exclusive pickups have divulged details from the order configurator, shedding light on what the Foundation Series entails.

Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability is a prominent option, priced at $7,000 for the Cybertruck Foundation Series. Notably, this is lower than the current $12,000 FSD pricing on other Tesla models, reflecting the FSD cost at the time of initial Cybertruck reservations. While FSD Beta won’t be available at the Cybertruck’s launch, Tesla assures Foundation Series owners that these features will be accessible through an upcoming over-the-air software update.

The Foundation Series order configurator also reveals that the white interior, showcased in the Top Gear Cybertruck review, will be standard for both the dual-motor and Cyberbeast trims. Additionally, the tri-motor edition will include the off-road light bar accessory illuminating the road ahead, distinguishing it from other configurations.

Considering the $7,000 FSD pricing and the disclosed extras, the cumulative value aligns with the $20,000 premium for the exclusive Foundation Series edition. Laser-etched Foundation Series badging and cabin marking contribute to the unique appeal for early reservation holders opting for this exclusive Tesla Cybertruck variant.
