Tesla is providing lifetime free Supercharging on all Model 3 inventory units in Canada, expanding its sales incentives as the company pushes to strengthen deliveries in the third quarter.

The offer applies not only to Superchargers located within Canada but also extends to stations across the United States, allowing Canadian owners to charge at no cost when traveling south of the border.

The incentive comes as Tesla faces a key sales period in both Canada and the United States. In the U.S., the company is approaching the end of the $7,500 federal electric vehicle tax credit for certain models and is deploying multiple promotions to drive purchases before the benefit expires.

In Canada, the free charging offer is aimed at reducing running costs for buyers, particularly those using the Model 3 for daily commuting. Eliminating Supercharging fees could translate into substantial monthly savings, especially when compared to the fuel expenses of combustion-engine vehicles, which can require multiple refills per week.

Tesla has increasingly relied on targeted promotions to stimulate demand and accelerate inventory turnover, particularly in the final weeks of a quarter. With the latest offer, the company is positioning the Model 3 as a more cost-effective choice for Canadian consumers, potentially supporting a strong finish for the third quarter.
