Aerodynamic Development Race Optimization (ADRO) has just designed a body kit for the Tesla Model Y and Model 3.
Even though it already has agile performance, the workshop from the United States still feels lacking to dissect 2 Tesla electric sedans.
The main weapon used is a special body kit made of super-premium dry carbon fiber material.
The selection of these materials is claimed to be much stronger and lighter than wet carbon fiber, although the production costs are quite expensive.
The body kit also covers almost the entire exterior, starting from the sharp winglet spoiler lips under the front bumper.
In line with the fascia area, the simple upgrade side skirts with the front end of the winglet look harmoniously attached to the right and left sides of the body.
The stern appearance of the two electric cars is even more sporty thanks to an aggressive diffuser that is able to break up the wind flow from under.
Another addition in the rear area is a minimalist ducktail touch on the trunk door which adds to the aggressive impression of these 2 electric sedans.
This body kit application has a good effect on reducing the weight of the Tesla Model Y by 4.4 percent and 3.2 percent for the Model 3.
In addition to making it look more frightening, this body kit can certainly improve the aerodynamics of the Tesla Model Y and Model 3.
Prices start at USD 68,490 for the Tesla Model Y, while the Model 3 is priced at USD 52,490.
