Tesla has begun rolling out its Supervised Full Self-Driving (FSD) software to Cybertruck owners in Canada, marking a significant milestone for the electric automaker.
The update, version v12.5.5.3, follows the initial U.S. launch of FSD Supervised for Cybertrucks in September, which had been eagerly awaited after months of development.

Over the weekend, Canadian Cybertruck owners, including X user Dare W, reported receiving the update, sharing screenshots of release notes and videos showcasing early system performance.
This rollout coincides with Tesla’s recent introduction of the Cybertruck to the Canadian market, where first deliveries began earlier this month. Canadian customers can now schedule demo drives at Tesla locations across the country.
Tesla’s FSD Supervised was not available when the Cybertruck debuted in the U.S. last November. CEO Elon Musk previously described the Cybertruck as a lower priority for FSD integration. The rollout in Canada comes shortly after Tesla secured regulatory approval for its steer-by-wire system, addressing the country’s steering wheel requirements.
