Tesla’s Cybertruck has been a hot topic since its unveiling in 2019, and the electric vehicle has been shrouded in mystery since then. However, during Tesla’s recent Investor Day event, a few new details have surfaced about the Cybertruck.
Matthew Donegan-Ryan, an investor who attended the event, claims to have spoken with Tesla executives who provided him with several new details about the vehicle. One of the most notable pieces of information is the confirmation of the Cybertruck’s dimensions. According to Donegan-Ryan, the vehicle is approximately 5% smaller than the original prototype, and its exterior dimensions are similar to those of an F-150 Raptor Supercrew.

In addition to the size reduction, the Cybertruck will reportedly feature several other changes. The vehicle’s center line will be more level, and the window sill height will be lower. The bed of the pickup truck will be much larger than that of the F-150 Raptor Supercrew, although the Cybertruck will only have five seats instead of six.
Donegan-Ryan also claims that Tesla is working on a range of Cybertruck accessories that will operate on a 48-volt system. Additionally, the vehicle will feature an 18-inch center display and a second-row center display similar to those found in the Model S and Model X.

It’s important to note that the information provided by Donegan-Ryan has not been confirmed by Tesla and should be taken with a grain of salt. However, as the Cybertruck moves closer to production, we can expect more official information to become available.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has previously spoken about the company’s plans to make the Cybertruck smaller so that it can fit inside a regular garage. With the confirmation of the vehicle’s smaller size, it appears that Tesla is moving forward with this plan.
As the automotive industry shifts towards electric vehicles, the Cybertruck is poised to be a major player in the pickup truck market. With its unique design and impressive specs, it’s sure to turn heads when it hits the road later this year.
