In June 2022, Tesla added 32 Supercharger stations, including 120 Superchargers in China. The 32 Supercharger stations are located in 25 cities including Harbin, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Foshan and Danzhou.

The newly opened 32 Supercharger stations include 28 V3 Supercharger stations and four V2 Supercharger stations.

In July, Tesla plans to add Supercharger stations in 26 cities including Nanjing, Zhongshan, Qingdao and Nanning.

In total, Tesla has unlocked more than 35,000 Superchargers worldwide. Tesla’s 35,000th supercharger worldwide was installed at one of Tesla’s service centers in Wuhan, Hubei province, in central China on June 10.

In the Chinese market, Tesla has opened more than 1,200 Supercharger stations, with more than 8,700 Superchargers.

China is one of Tesla’s most important markets besides North America and Europe. In China, Tesla has the Shanghai Giga which is a mainstay for their export market.

In the first half of this year, Giga Shanghai delivered 197,575 vehicles in China, according to data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA).

In total, ESLA has delivered a cumulative total of 656,249 vehicles from Giga Shanghai.
