Stellantis Reveals Enhanced Electric Van Lineup, Spotlighting Fiat E-Ducato’s Extended 420 km Range

Automaker Stellantis has revealed a comprehensive update to its entire range of commercial vehicles at the Solutrans exhibition, showcasing the latest advancements in electric vans. Among the lineup is the Fiat E-Ducato, featuring an impressive 420 km range, powered by a substantial 110 kWh battery. Stellantis, the parent company of multiple European brands including Opel, Vauxhall, Peugeot, and Citroen, is making strides in the electric commercial vehicle market.

The Fiat E-Ducato, introduced earlier this year as part of Stellantis’ second-generation large vans, stands out with its extended range, offering a sizable battery capacity of 110 kWh. Notably, the model is complemented by plans for a hydrogen-powered version in the near future.

The broader range of vans includes the Peugeot E-Boxer, the Citroen e-Jumper, and the Opel Movano-e, all sharing the updated features presented at the Solutrans exhibition. Key enhancements across the lineup include larger infotainment screens with a refreshed interface, Dynamic Surround Vision to improve visibility around the vehicles, and the integration of 18 driving assistance systems. The addition of cellular connectivity facilitates streamlined fleet management for companies utilizing these electric vans.

Stellantis aims to showcase its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the commercial vehicle sector through these updates. The exhibition, taking place in Lyon, France, from November 21 to 25, provides a platform for industry professionals and enthusiasts to explore the latest advancements in electric commercial vehicles from Stellantis.
