Stellantis Pro One, the commercial vehicle division of Stellantis, has outlined a strategy to increase annual sales by 30% by 2030, supported by a broad product renewal programme and an expanded focus on connected fleet services.

The plan, presented during Stellantis’ Investor Day on May 21, targets growth from approximately 1.65 million commercial vehicles sold in 2025 and includes the launch of 11 new models across multiple regions and vehicle segments.

A central element of the strategy is the introduction of two new multi-energy van platforms built on Stellantis’ STLA Brain electrical and software architecture. The platforms will support battery-electric, hybrid and internal combustion powertrains, with hybrid technology expected to play a leading role in the lineup.

The product roadmap also includes four additional vehicle renewals. These comprise an updated small van for the South American market, a refreshed compact van range and two new battery-electric powertrains utilizing both lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) battery technologies.

In North America, Stellantis plans a comprehensive renewal of its full-size Ram commercial vehicle portfolio, including light-duty, heavy-duty and chassis-cab models.

The company said the lineup will introduce Ram’s first range-extended electric vehicle (REEV), combining electric propulsion with an onboard range-extending power source.

Stellantis also plans to expand its mid-size commercial vehicle offerings through a partnership with an external manufacturer and through the launch of a new Ram mid-size pickup truck for the North American market.

Beyond vehicle development, the company is seeking to transform its commercial vehicle business by increasing its focus on services and fleet management solutions.

At the center of this initiative is Pro One NEXT, a new fleet management platform currently being piloted in Europe.

The system is designed to function as a fleet uptime command center, integrating real-time vehicle data, artificial intelligence-driven interaction capabilities and over-the-air software updates.

Stellantis said the objective is to move beyond traditional vehicle sales and support a long-term goal of achieving 100% fleet uptime for customers.

The broader ecosystem also includes connected vehicle services, financing and insurance products, as well as the company’s CustomFit conversion programme, which currently works with 550 vehicle conversion partners worldwide.

The commercial vehicle division’s service network spans approximately 21,000 service points globally.

As part of its future mobility initiatives, Stellantis Pro One also plans to unveil a new autonomous delivery concept later this year.

The company said a driverless, zero-emission “Box on Wheels” vehicle designed for last-mile delivery operations will make its public debut at the IAA Hannover transportation exhibition on Sept. 14.

The announcement highlights Stellantis’ growing emphasis on software, connectivity and electrification within its commercial vehicle operations as fleet operators increasingly seek integrated mobility solutions alongside vehicle purchases.

Stellantis Pro One currently holds leading positions in several global markets, ranking first in commercial vehicle sales in Europe and South America, second in the Middle East and Africa, and third in North America.
