Nio’s Firefly sub-brand is set to unveil its first model in approximately two months, with a recent spy photo shedding light on the interior design. The image, shared widely on Weibo by auto bloggers, shows that the Firefly’s interior styling aligns with Nio’s existing models, featuring a large horizontal center screen and a smaller dashboard screen. This setup departs from the vertical screen layout found in current Nio-branded vehicles.
The Firefly model is expected to feature a light-colored interior, with the steering wheel closely resembling those in other Nio vehicles. On February 8, Nio CEO William Li mentioned that the company would be releasing new models or facelifts every quarter starting in Q2, with horizontal screens being a key feature of these updates.
