Rivian Automotive has confirmed pricing for its 2026 R1T electric pickup and R1S SUV in the United States, introducing modest increases across most trims and a significant update with the standardization of Tesla’s North American Charging Standard (NACS) port across all models.

The 2026 R1T will start at $70,990 for the Dual-Motor Standard model, while the R1S base price is set at $76,990. At the upper end, Tri-Motor configurations are priced at $100,990 for the R1T and $106,990 for the R1S.

These figures represent an increase of $1,090 from the 2025 lineup for most variants, although Dual Large versions see a minimal $90 price bump. Destination and freight charges have also increased to $1,895.

Rivian continues to offer a Performance Upgrade package for Dual-Motor models, priced at $5,000. The upgrade, available at purchase or post-delivery, enhances acceleration and power without requiring new hardware.

Though details of the 2026 Quad-Motor R1T and R1S remain undisclosed, a previously shared teaser highlighted new visual cues for the variant, including 22-inch wheels, Launch Green paint, and distinct teal “Quad” badging. Performance is expected to exceed 1,000 horsepower with acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds.

All 2026 Rivian models will include a built-in NACS port, eliminating the need for adapters and offering direct access to Tesla’s Supercharger network. Rivian joins several automakers including Ford, General Motors, and Lucid in adopting Tesla’s charging standard as industry alignment around NACS continues to grow.

Here’s a breakdown of the starting prices:

Model Dual Standard Dual Large Dual Max Tri Max
R1T US$70,990 US$77,990 US$84,990 US$100,990
R1S US$76,990 US$83,990 US$90,990 US$106,990
