Collectively, the trucks have logged nearly 27 million miles of service and maintained an average uptime of 97%, according to the company.

Orange EV estimates that customers have saved about $100 million in fuel and maintenance costs, while the fleet has eliminated around 200,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

Several trucks have surpassed 30,000 operating hours and remain in active service, with some approaching a decade of use on their original lithium iron phosphate battery packs.
