Opel has launched its ‘Electric All In’ package, designed to ease the transition to electric mobility for customers. Targeted at owners of battery-electric models such as the Opel Grandland Electric and Opel Frontera Electric, the package offers a comprehensive range of services aimed at convenience, connectivity, and peace of mind.
The package includes a home charging solution with an eProWallbox Move, which provides WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to monitor and control the charging status remotely via an app. Additionally, Opel Connect PLUS services offer emergency and breakdown assistance, live navigation with updates on charging stations and parking, and the ability to remotely control various vehicle functions.
In terms of customer security, the package includes an eight-year battery guarantee and roadside assistance, along with mobile on-site charging support during the guarantee period. Owners also gain access to over 850,000 public charging points across Europe via the included Charging Pass.
Opel aims to streamline the transition to electric vehicles by addressing common concerns about range, charging, and maintenance. CEO Florian Huettl noted, “At Opel, customers do not just buy their electric vehicle – they are also completely covered by the numerous electric services. With this unique approach, we want to make the switch to electromobility even easier and push the roll-out of this important drive technology.”
The ‘Electric All In’ package is initially available in Germany, Spain, and Belgium, with plans for further expansion. This initiative is part of Opel’s broader efforts to simplify electric vehicle adoption and promote the shift toward sustainable driving.
