SAIC’s Maxus brand has just released the first photos of its latest creation, the Maxus Mifa 7 MPV. The images were published online by China’s patent office, and although pricing and release dates have not yet been confirmed, the vehicle is already making waves in the industry due to its bold design and impressive features.
The example pictured is a simple white shade, but its front fascia is imposing, with blacked-out headlights and a striking LED light bar. The traditional grille has been replaced by a small black grille on the lower bumper. The Mifa 7 also boasts silver roof rails, black aero covers on the wheels, retractable door handles, and black rocker panels. The rear of the vehicle is sleek and minimalistic, featuring a light bar and vertical LED taillights.

The Maxus brand has already released an MPV model, the Mifa 9, which has been available in select markets around the world since last year. The Mifa 9 is significantly larger than the Mifa 7, measuring 5,270 mm long, 2,000 mm wide, and 1,840 mm tall, whereas the Mifa 7 is 4,907 mm long, 1,885 mm wide, and 1,765 mm tall, with a 2,975 mm wheelbase. Local media reports suggest that the Mifa 7 will offer six- and seven-seat configurations.

The technical specifications of the Mifa 7 have yet to be confirmed, but it is rumored that the vehicle will be available with two different battery options: a ternary lithium battery and a lithium iron phosphate battery. The power will be sourced from a single electric motor with a rating of 241 hp.
