Lucid Motors has introduced its first official discount on the newly launched Gravity SUV, offering a $3,000 incentive as part of a limited promotion. The move signals the company’s strategy to boost deliveries and customer interest as production ramps up at its Arizona facility.

The Lucid Gravity, described by the automaker as “the ultimate uncompromising SUV,” offers up to 450 miles of range, a Chevy Suburban-sized interior, and high-performance dynamics paired with advanced software features.

Following a temporary slowdown earlier this year due to a magnet shortage, Lucid says production is set to accelerate in the coming months, with the Gravity expected to dominate output and deliveries through the second half of the year.

The current incentive applies only to vehicles on-site at the Lucid Cherry Creek Studio in Denver, Colorado, where just four units are available for immediate delivery. Lucid is also advertising lease options starting at $1,299 per month, alongside a $2,000 Loyalty Offer.

At present, the Gravity Grand Touring, priced from $94,900, is the only trim listed on Lucid’s website. However, the automaker plans to launch a more affordable Gravity Touring version before the end of 2025, starting at $81,550.

Lucid’s Global Communications Head, Nick Twork, confirmed via social media that more details about the Touring variant will be released later this year and that the company has begun adding a second production shift at its AMP-1 facility in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Lucid is also maintaining eligibility for the $7,500 federal EV tax credit for Gravity buyers through the end of the year. In addition, customers purchasing the Lucid Air can take advantage of a $7,500 Air Credit and an additional $2,000 Loyalty or Conquest bonus, with all offers valid for deliveries completed by October 31.
