Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Leapmotor, which recently partnered with Stellantis to expand into Europe, will unveil two new models at the upcoming Paris Motor Show. The world premiere of the B10 SUV and the European debut of the C16 are set to strengthen Leapmotor’s portfolio, as the company accelerates its expansion into the European market.
The B10, a new SUV positioned between the compact T03 and the larger C10, is highly anticipated, though details remain scarce. Early images show a camouflaged vehicle with a boxy design and recessed door handles, signaling an emphasis on aerodynamics and interior space. Built on Leapmotor’s new B platform, the B10 will feature advanced smart technology as part of the companyâs LEAP 3.5 architecture, catering to global consumers looking for more connected and sustainable NEV options.
The C16, first introduced in China earlier this year, is making its European debut in Paris. Measuring 4.92 meters in length with a spacious 2+2+2 seating configuration, the C16 is equipped with an 800-volt system and fast charging capabilities, allowing a 30 to 80 percent charge in just 15 minutes. It boasts a sleek exterior, a premium interior, and Leapmotor’s OS 4.0 intelligent infotainment system.
Both models are expected to be distributed through Stellantis’ European outlets, though exact order dates have not yet been announced. Leapmotor International plans to expand its presence outside China, with over 350 sales outlets expected by the end of the year.
