Leapmotor delivered 101,267 vehicles globally in July, surpassing the 100,000-unit mark for the first time in a single month and setting a new company delivery record.

The July total represented a 102.01% increase from a year earlier and an 8.45% rise from the 93,376 vehicles delivered in June.

Record Monthly Deliveries

July marked Leapmotor’s fourth consecutive monthly delivery record and its fifth straight month of sequential growth.

During the first seven months of 2026, the Stellantis-backed electric vehicle maker delivered 457,754 vehicles, up 68.42% year on year.

Since beginning customer deliveries in 2020, the company has delivered a cumulative 1,653,857 vehicles worldwide.

Annual Target Remains Unchanged

Leapmotor has maintained its target of delivering one million vehicles in 2026.

Based on deliveries through July, the company has achieved approximately 45.8% of its annual goal.

To reach the target, Leapmotor would need to deliver 542,246 additional vehicles during the remaining five months of the year, averaging about 108,449 vehicles per month.

Senior Vice President Xu Jun said previously that the company would continue pursuing the target through new product launches, marketing initiatives and expanded sales channels.

Product Portfolio Expands

Leapmotor has accelerated its model rollout during 2026.

In June, the company introduced refreshed versions of the C10, C11 and C16 while also launching its first multi-purpose vehicle, the D99.

On July 16, Leapmotor released updated versions of the B01 sedan and B10 sport utility vehicle, with starting prices of 95,800 yuan (US$14,110) and 99,800 yuan, respectively. Long-range variants feature an 800-volt fast-charging platform.

Later in the month, the company opened pre-orders for the A05 compact electric vehicle, the second model based on its A platform following the A10.

Leapmotor expects new products, including the A10 family, to contribute around 60% of total sales during 2026.

Overseas Expansion Continues

International markets remain an important part of Leapmotor’s growth strategy.

The company previously said overseas deliveries are expected to account for between 20% and 35% of total sales, with the share approaching 30% during the first half of the year.

On July 31, Leapmotor announced its formal entry into Indonesia, where local knocked-down (KD) assembly has begun through PT National Assemblers, part of the Indomobil Group.

Customer deliveries of locally assembled vehicles are expected to begin in August.

Together with its existing Malaysian operation, the Indonesian facility gives Leapmotor two KD production bases in Southeast Asia.

The company said its international business now spans more than 40 countries through a network of over 2,000 sales outlets.
