Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) maker Leapmotor, backed by Stellantis NV, reported record-breaking deliveries in November, surpassing its annual sales target ahead of schedule.
Leapmotor delivered 40,169 vehicles in November, marking the first time its monthly deliveries exceeded 40,000 units and representing the sixth consecutive month of record growth. This figure reflects a 117.04% increase compared to 18,508 units in November last year and a 5.22% rise from October’s 38,177 units.
For the January-November period, Leapmotor’s total deliveries reached 251,207 units, a 100.11% increase year-on-year, achieving the company’s full-year target earlier than anticipated. The company has set an ambitious sales goal of 500,000 units for 2025, reaffirming its commitment to rapid growth in the competitive NEV market.
Leapmotor currently offers a range of models in China, including the T03, C01, C10, C11, and C16, with most featuring both battery electric vehicle (BEV) and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) variants. The company unveiled its B10 SUV, based on the Leap 3.5 architecture, at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November. Priced between RMB 100,000 ($13,810) and RMB 150,000, the B10 is expected to launch officially in the first quarter of 2025.
In collaboration with Stellantis, Leapmotor is expanding internationally, selling vehicles in over 10 European countries. On November 25, the company signed a strategic agreement with NPK Motor in Myanmar to assemble vehicles locally under the SKD (Semi Knocked Down) model.
