Leapmotor unveiled its new A10 small electric SUV on Thursday at the opening of the 2025 Guangzhou auto show, launching reservation bookings ahead of its market arrival next year.
The company did not release full pricing details but said the highest-spec variant will remain below RMB 100,000 ($14,060). Consumers can place a RMB 99 intent deposit to access reservation benefits. Leapmotor said the model will begin mass deliveries in the first half of 2026.

The A10 offers a driving range of up to 500 km and supports fast charging, enabling the battery to replenish from 30% to 80% in 16 minutes. The vehicle features a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor for enhanced assisted driving performance, positioning it among the most affordable LiDAR-equipped models in China.
Powered by Qualcomm’s SA8650 smart driving chip and the 8295P cockpit processor, the A10 supports parking-to-parking autonomous driving functions. Leapmotor said the compact SUV is aimed at competing with models such as BYD’s Yuan Up and Geely Auto’s Xingyuan in the entry-level EV segment.

“We will ensure the A10 remains competitively priced, with the top configuration staying under RMB 100,000,” an executive said, according to the company’s presentation at the show.
Leapmotor’s current lineup includes the T03, B10, B01, C01, C10, C11 and C16. Founder and CEO Zhu Jiangming said in October that two A-series models will be launched in 2026 as part of a broader product expansion cycle.
