Cleveland-based electric mobility specialist, Land Moto, has unveiled its second production run of the District electric motorcycle, accompanied by a reduction in prices. The District gained attention earlier in 2023 for its refreshed design, blending retro-inspired styling with affordability and an emphasis on enjoyable e-mobility.
Weighing in at 200 pounds, the District offers an approachable design and commendable performance. The swappable battery provides a single-charge range of up to 120 miles, catering to convenient charging needs. Riders can choose from three different modes, including e-bike mode with a speed limit of 25 mph, e-moped mode increasing speed to 40 mph, and e-motorcycle mode unlocking the motor’s top speed of 70 mph. Adjustable suspension and front and rear disc brakes contribute to confident stops.

Land Moto’s Founder and CEO, Scott Colosimo, attributes the lowered prices to stabilized and scaled production, fueled by incoming investments. Colosimo emphasizes the company’s commitment to in-house design and innovation, benefiting customers, investors, and the internal team.
In conjunction with the pricing update, Land Moto has successfully concluded a Series A funding round, leading to the appointment of Cody Dumont as the Vice President of Sales and Experience. Evan Painter, the company’s Head of Design, is actively refining the motorcycle’s overall design and technology.
