Kia has released a teaser for the upcoming EV6 facelift, offering a glimpse of the electric crossover’s refreshed design. The teaser suggests that the EV6 will adopt styling elements from its larger siblings, including the EV9, EV5, and concept cars EV3 and EV4, bringing it in line with Kia’s latest design language.
The facelifted EV6 will feature slimmer and more aggressive headlights, a design trend seen in recent Kia models like the new Sorento. The front end will also incorporate the ‘Tiger Nose’ grille, a signature Kia design cue, and the daytime running lights will showcase the ‘Star Map Signature Lighting.’ The overall front fascia is expected to be inspired by the new Kia K4.
While details on the rear design changes are scarce, Kia has updated the lightbar to provide a cleaner and more modern lighting signature. The facelift is also likely to introduce a new front bumper design.

Inside, the facelifted EV6 is expected to receive updates to the widescreen display, steering wheel, and center console. Kia may also use more premium materials and replace some physical controls with touchscreens or touch-capacitive controls. Updates to the ccNC software are also anticipated.
Although Kia has not yet confirmed any changes to the electric drivetrain, it is expected that the EV6 will benefit from updates similar to those seen in the Hyundai Ioniq 5. This includes a larger 84 kWh battery pack, which could increase the EV6’s range beyond its current EPA-estimated 310 miles. The performance-oriented EV6 GT model may also receive technology upgrades to enhance its capabilities.
While no debut date has been announced, Kia is expected to unveil the updated EV6 soon, offering a refreshed design and potentially improved performance and range.
