Ultraviolette Automotive, a premium electric motorcycle manufacturer based in India, has expanded its European footprint by launching sales in France, marking its presence in ten European markets. The Bengaluru-based company announced that it will open pre-orders for its F77 Mach 2 and F77 Superstreet models by the end of July, with deliveries expected to begin in August or September.
The move is part of Ultravioletteās broader strategy to tap into the growing demand for high-performance electric two-wheelers across Europe. To incentivize early adopters in France, the company is offering a limited-time discount. The F77 Mach 2, typically priced at ā¬9,990, will be available at ā¬8,990 for pre-orders placed before July 31, while the F77 Superstreet will be reduced from ā¬10,390 to ā¬9,290 under the same offer.
The F77 Mach 2 and Superstreet models share key specifications, including a 30 kW permanent magnet AC motor producing 100 Nm of torque. Both bikes can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 km/h. They are equipped with a 10.3 kWh battery rated IP67 for water and dust resistance, offering a range of up to 231 km in urban conditions and 143 km on highways under the WMTC cycle.
“The F77 Mach 2 and F77 Superstreet are designed to deliver high performance with advanced EV technology. By expanding our footprint in Europe, weāre offering discerning customers a blend of style, power, and innovation,ā an Ultraviolette spokesperson said.
The company offers a five-year or 100,000 km warranty on the battery and drivetrain, and a three-year or 30,000 km warranty on the vehicle itself. Charging from 20% to 80% state of charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
Ultraviolette’s European presence now includes Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland, and now France. The company plans to ship 500 units to the region this year, with a phased rollout of deliveries starting in late summer.
