Hyundai has revealed its new compact electric vehicle concept, Concept THREE, providing a first look at the company’s Aero Hatch design ahead of the vehicle’s global premiere at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, Germany.

The teaser image shows a dynamic side profile shaped by Hyundai’s Art of Steel design language, emphasizing sculpted surfaces and flowing character lines. The Aero Hatch body style is designed to reimagine the compact EV segment with a focus on proportion, motion, and precision.

Simon Loasby, Senior Vice President and Head of Hyundai Design Center, said the concept aims to “capture a sense of flow and become a beautifully proportioned sculpture,” while exterior designer Manuel Schoettle added that the steel surfaces “felt natural, making the Concept THREE extremely pure.”

Hyundai’s participation at IAA Mobility 2025, taking place from September 9 to 14, marks the company’s return to the European mobility showcase after a four-year absence. The full specifications and further details of Concept THREE are expected to be announced during Hyundai’s press conference on September 9.
