Honda said it will begin sales of the Honda Super-ONE in Japan on May 22, 2026, with prices starting at 3.39 million yen ($21,400) including tax.
The Super-ONE is based on the N-ONE e: platform but uses a dedicated chassis with a tread widened by 10 millimeters to provide what Honda described as sportier handling characteristics compared with its compact EV stablemates.
Honda said the vehicle has a curb weight of 1,090 kilograms, which it claims is the lightest in its class, combined with a 1,345-millimeter tread width.
The EV includes five drive modes, including a new BOOST mode that increases peak output from 47 kilowatts to 70 kilowatts.
The Super-ONE also incorporates a simulated seven-speed transmission system and Active Sound Control technology designed to recreate aspects of combustion-engine driving dynamics.
According to Honda, the vehicle offers a WLTC driving range of 274 kilometers per charge.
The automaker said regular charging requires approximately 4.5 hours, while DC fast charging can recharge the battery to 80% capacity in around 30 minutes.
An optional Honda Power Supply Connector enables up to 1,500 watts of AC power output for external electrical devices or emergency backup applications.
Standard features include a Bose eight-speaker audio system, a 9-inch Honda CONNECT infotainment display with Google integration and the Honda SENSING driver-assistance system.
The Super-ONE joins Honda’s electric vehicle lineup in Japan alongside the Honda N-VAN e:, Honda N-ONE e: and Honda Insight.
Honda also plans to introduce an electric version of the Honda N-BOX in 2028.
