Hennessey, a sports car manufacturer unveiled a six-wheel drive electric hypercar development project (30/11).
The project, dubbed Project Deep Space, is part of Hennessey’s product plan for the next 10 years.
Oh yes, Project Deep Space will continue the success of the Hennessey Venom F5.
“Hennessey has spent more than 30 years building some of the fastest and most exciting cars in the world,” said John Hennessey, Chief Executive and Founder of Hennessey.
“This mantra will continue for the next 30 years with the introduction of the world’s first six-wheel-drive electric hyper GT,” added Hennessey.
A teaser from Project Deep Space, Hennessey shares two preliminary sketches of its new hypercar grand tourer.
At first glance, the Project Deep Space hypercar will have a long-tail teardrop exterior design that makes it appear aerodynamic.
It will have six wheels with a 2-4 format and each wheel is equipped with one motor.
Hennessey says the Project Deep Space hypercar will use a carbon fiber chassis and body panels.
Of course the most interesting thing about Project Deep Space is its interior which can accommodate four people.
The driver’s seat is positioned in the middle of a car similar to a McLaren F1, followed by two left and right passenger seats.
Just behind the driver’s seat is a seat called the ‘VVIP Seat’ which can be reclined flat.
Unfortunately Hennessey has not provided information on the specifications of the new hypercar, but has said that it will be priced from US $ 3 million.
