The compact battery-electric crossover will be available in three trim levels—Pro, Max and Ultra—and is built on Geely’s Global Intelligent New Energy Architecture (GEA).

Three variants with up to 214 miles of range

The higher-specification Max and Ultra variants feature a larger 47kWh battery and an 85kW electric motor producing 150Nm of torque, increasing the WLTP range to as much as 214 miles (344 kilometres).

All versions support DC fast charging at up to 80kW and are equipped with a 6.6kW onboard AC charger.

Standard equipment on the Pro model includes a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, electrically adjustable front seats, keyless entry and start, LED daytime running lights and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability.

Premium features on higher trims

Priced from £23,490, the EX2 Max adds the larger battery pack and more powerful electric drivetrain.

The flagship Ultra model starts at £25,490 and includes two-tone exterior paint, ambient interior lighting, a 360-degree camera system, wireless smartphone charging, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a powered tailgate and a six-speaker audio system.

Customers can also specify a white interior for an additional £200.

The EX2 will be offered in six exterior colours: Moon White, Comet Grey, Star Silver, Nebula Beige, Aurora Green and Jupiter Pink.

Expanding global EV presence

The vehicle was first launched in China in October 2024 under the Xingyuan name, where it became the country’s best-selling new energy vehicle during the year.

According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), deliveries reached 465,775 units. Geely expanded international sales in November 2025, introducing the model in Brazil under the EX2 name.

“The Geely EX2 represents an important step in our mission to make intelligent electric mobility accessible to more customers across the UK,” said Michael Yang, General Manager of Geely Auto UK.

“By combining a practical electric platform, advanced technologies to support safety, sophisticated connectivity and attractive pricing, we believe the Geely EX2 delivers a compelling proposition in one of the UK’s most important vehicle segments.”
