Geely Auto reported another month of record sales in October, with strong contributions from its Geely Galaxy sub-brand helping sustain the automaker’s growth momentum.

The company sold 307,133 vehicles last month, marking a 35.5 percent increase from a year earlier and a 12.5 percent rise compared with September. It was Geely’s second straight month of record-breaking performance, according to company data.

Geely Galaxy remained a key driver of growth, delivering 127,476 vehicles in October — its third consecutive monthly record — representing a 100.8 percent year-on-year increase and a 5.5 percent rise from the previous month. From January through October, Geely Galaxy delivered 1,002,461 units, exceeding its annual target of one million vehicles ahead of schedule and marking a 186.6 percent increase year-on-year.

Including Geely Galaxy, the Geely brand sold 245,497 vehicles in October, up 43.9 percent year-on-year and 10.6 percent from September. Other sub-brands also contributed to overall performance: Zeekr delivered 21,423 vehicles, down 14.5 percent from a year earlier but up 17.3 percent month-on-month, while Lynk & Co sold 40,213 units, reflecting a 29.4 percent annual increase and 22.2 percent rise from the previous month.

From January to October, Geely Auto sold 2,477,322 vehicles, up 44.3 percent year-on-year. The company exported 41,568 vehicles in October, a 27.7 percent increase compared with the same period last year, while domestic sales in China reached 265,565 units, rising 36.8 percent year-on-year and 14.2 percent from September.

Geely Galaxy was initially introduced as a product lineup in February 2023 and was elevated to an independent brand in March 2024. Starting in October 2024, sales from the Geometry lineup have been integrated into the Geely Galaxy brand, strengthening its position within the automaker’s growing portfolio.
