The Starshine 6 enters a crowded segment that includes hybrid models such as BYD’s Qin Plus, Chaser 05, and Seal 05 DM-i, intensifying competition in the mid-size hybrid market. The launch underscores Geely Galaxy’s efforts to maintain strong momentum through an aggressive pricing strategy and broaden its reach among cost-conscious consumers.

Over the past year, the sub-brand has rolled out several competitively priced models, contributing to its steady sales growth and strengthening Geely’s position in China’s fast-evolving hybrid vehicle market.
