GasGas, part of the esteemed Pierer Mobility group alongside industry giants KTM and Husqvarna, has been making waves in the two-wheeler industry. While excelling in enduro and motocross competitions, the Spanish brand has now shifted gears to explore the world of urban mobility, debuting its first electric bicycle.
Unlike GasGas’ high-performance electric mountain bikes, the Moto embraces the concept of urban mobility. Drawing inspiration from classic beach bikes commonly seen cruising along the Californian coast, GasGas infuses the Moto with a touch of motorcycle aesthetics, showcasing a vibrant red livery that commands attention.
Underneath its eye-catching exterior, the GasGas Moto boasts a 750-watt rear hub motor, delivering ample power for thrilling rides and even wheelie enthusiasts. In the U.S. market, the model will feature a throttle grip, further enhancing the fun factor. However, to comply with stringent regulations surrounding pedal-assist electric bicycles, the European version will forgo the throttle feature.
Built on a robust steel tubular frame, the Moto ensures a sturdy ride for riders of various sizes and shapes.
