Ford announced a series of new promotional offers on Monday, aimed at boosting sales of its electric vehicles (EVs) including the Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning. As part of its Summer Sales Event, Ford introduced zero-interest financing options for both 2023 and 2024 models of the Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning, spanning lease terms from 24 to 60 months.

Buyers of the Mustang Mach-E can benefit from a $2,000 retail cash bonus on all 2023 models, along with a 24-month lease option featuring a $7,500 Red Carpet Lease Cash incentive.

Meanwhile, the F-150 Lightning offers zero-percent APR for 60 months on 2024 models and zero-percent APR for 72 months on 2023 models, with a $7,500 retail cash bonus available for Platinum 2023 models.

Additionally, Ford has introduced a “No Payments for up to 90 Days” offer, allowing customers who finance a purchase through Ford Motor Credit Company to defer monthly payments for three months.

CEO Jim Farley has been vocal about promoting electric vehicle adoption, with Ford reporting a 61 percent year-over-year increase in EV sales in Q2. The company, second only to Tesla in battery-electric vehicle sales, aims to expand its market presence amidst a growing shift towards electric mobility.
