As the main model of the BYD truck family, BYD ETM6 is powered by the company’s Iron-Phosphate Battery technology. The BYD ETM6 zero-emission electric truck offers the longest driving range (200 km with a full load) which is safe, quiet and practical for operating in high density city centres.
The BYD ETM6 is perfect for emission-free city logistics. Compared to most electric trucks, this model drives smoothly, has a long range for everyday use, a low TCO and fast charging technology.
For larger transport tasks, BYD has the ETM6 in its range. The 7.5-tonne truck offers a payload of 3,990 kilograms. The ETM6 is 5.95 metres long, 2.10 metres wide and 2.94 metres high. BYD does not specify a WLTP range here, but 200 kilometres with a full load.
Unlike the ETP3 with its NMC battery, the 7.5-tonne truck relies on an LFPÜ battery with an installed capacity of 126 kWh. The battery is supposed to be able to be charged with up to 120 kW DC, and with a charging time of 1.2 hours, the battery will be full even faster than the one from the ETP3.
