Eşarj, the first electric vehicle charging provider in Turkey, is aiming to build 1,000 stations across the country by the end of 2023. The company, which is majority-owned by Enerjisa Energy, plans to invest over 90% of its resources into fast-charging stations, with at least one DC station in each of Turkey’s 81 provinces by the end of this year.
Enerjisa Energy, which was founded in 1996, has the goal of providing the best service in every field of the electric industry and creating innovative solutions. In 2018, the company purchased Eşarj and has since expanded its vehicle charging station network in Turkey through a partnership with fuel distribution company Kadoil.
