Shipping and logistics company DragonSea has added 37 Farizon SV electric vans to its UK fleet under a two-year leasing agreement, expanding its use of battery-electric vehicles for specialist removals operations. The L1H1 vans will support customers relocating from China to the United Kingdom.
The vehicles are being leased through an agreement arranged by Driveway Vehicle Solutions, while Pentagon Farizon Derby is supplying the vans.
Farizon SV Provides 377 Km WLTP Range
The Farizon SV L1H1 is equipped with a 93 kWh battery and provides 6.95 cubic metres of load space.
The electric van has a maximum payload of 1,265 kg and a loading height of 550 mm. Its stated WLTP range is up to 234 miles, or approximately 377 km.
The combination of payload, cargo capacity and driving range was a key consideration for DragonSea’s door-to-door removals operations.
“DragonSea presented a particularly interesting challenge. The business needed an electric van capable of carrying large, heavy household goods while offering the range and reliability to support its specialist removals service,” said Ben Lowe, Business Development Manager at Driveway Vehicle Solutions.
Lowe said the Farizon SV was selected after assessing available options, with payload capacity, load space and range among the factors considered.
Electric Vans Support Logistics Operations
DragonSea will use the 37 vans for its relocation services, including operations supporting customers moving from China to the UK.
The deployment provides another example of electric vans being used for commercial applications where operators require substantial cargo capacity and sufficient range for door-to-door logistics.

Farizon Expands UK Electric Van Lineup
The DragonSea delivery comes as Farizon continues to expand its commercial EV portfolio in the UK.
In April, the company unveiled the V7E electric medium van at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham. The model uses a dedicated electric vehicle platform and is aimed at urban logistics applications.
Farizon also introduced upgrades to the 2026 SV large electric van at the event, including a new Core trim.
The latest DragonSea order increases the number of Farizon electric commercial vehicles operating in the UK and gives the manufacturer another fleet application for its SV model.
