Decathlon has unveiled an updated version of its Rockrider E-ST 100 electric mountain bike, featuring a fresh white and blue colorway. The new model, introduced in May alongside the initial white/red and blue options, maintains its core specifications while introducing a visually appealing design update.
The predominantly white frame is accentuated with stylish blue details on the frame, battery housing, and tires, providing a distinctive aesthetic to riders. Despite the cosmetic changes, the technical features of the White/Blue 27.5″ Semi-Rigid Electric Mountain Bike E-ST 100 remain consistent with its predecessors.
Powered by a 250W rear-hub motor delivering 42 Nm torque, the e-bike reaches a top speed of 25 kph (~16 mph). The 380Wh battery, equipped with a quick-release system, offers over two hours of assistance and can be easily removed for convenient charging. The Suntour XCT 30 fork with 100 mm travel ensures a smooth ride, complemented by Rockrider 27.5-inch wheels, Tektro TKD68 disc brakes, and a Microshift MS25 8-speed rear derailleur.
Enhancing rider experience, the electric mountain bike comes equipped with essential features such as lights, a bell, and an LCD control screen displaying battery level and assistance mode. With power levels ranging from Eco to Boost, users can seamlessly connect their smartphones via Bluetooth for added functionality.
Available in four sizes from S to XL, the M size of the White/Blue E-ST 100 weighs 21.7 kg (~47.8 lbs). This eye-catching model is now accessible to European consumers at a price of Ā£1,099.99/ā¬999, offering both style and performance in the realm of electric mountain biking.
