CUPRA KIRO has unveiled its new livery for the 2025/26 Formula E season and confirmed Russell O’Hagan as its new team principal ahead of pre-season testing at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia.

The updated design evolves the fluorescent yellow and copper colour scheme that defined CUPRA KIRO’s debut season, blending CUPRA’s signature copper tones with KIRO Race Co’s bold aesthetic. The team said the refreshed livery reflects its commitment to innovation, collaboration, and performance as it prepares for a second year in Formula E.

Dan Ticktum will continue with CUPRA KIRO after delivering the team’s first pole position, podium, and race win last season. He will race alongside Spanish rookie Pepe Martí, who graduates from Formula 2, while Development Driver Bianca Bustamante will again participate in Formula E’s official Women’s Test next week.

The upcoming season begins on December 6 in São Paulo, Brazil, and will include new rounds in Madrid and Sanya, China, as well as CUPRA KIRO’s home event at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.

O’Hagan, who joined the organisation in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer, succeeds Alex Hui as team principal. Hui will move into an advisory role with The Forest Road Company, CUPRA KIRO’s ownership group. O’Hagan will work alongside Racing Director Gary Paffett and Chief Engineer Mike Henderson to strengthen the team’s competitive position.

Managing Director Jeremy Tarica said O’Hagan’s promotion marks “the next phase” of CUPRA KIRO’s development following a successful debut season. O’Hagan added that the team has made internal changes “to reinforce its long-term position” and is ready to build on its momentum in the new campaign.
