Global real estate services firm Colliers has entered into a strategic partnership with EnviroSpark to deploy electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Colliers-managed commercial properties, the companies said.

Under the agreement, EnviroSpark will provide end-to-end EV charging services, including system design, installation and ongoing operations, while Colliers will integrate the offering across its portfolio of office, retail and mixed-use assets. The partnership is aimed at helping property owners respond to rising tenant demand for on-site charging and prepare assets for long-term electrification trends.

The companies said the programme will offer multiple ownership and deployment models, ranging from turnkey, operator-owned installations to client-owned systems. The flexible structure is designed to allow landlords to align EV charging investments with their financial and operational strategies.

“This partnership is a natural extension of our sustainability strategy,” said Karen Whitt, president of real estate management services at Colliers U.S. “We’re focused on future-proofing the properties we manage while delivering meaningful value to our clients and the communities they serve.”

EnviroSpark said it currently operates more than 2,500 active charging plugs on its network, with an additional 1,000 contracted and scheduled to come online. Since its founding in 2014, the company has installed more than 10,000 charging ports across 40 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces, positioning it as one of the larger independent EV charging providers in North America.

EnviroSpark’s client base includes IHG Hotels & Resorts, residential and commercial property managers such as Asset Living, Associa, RangeWater and FirstService Residential, as well as automotive and charging brands including Tesla, ChargePoint and Mercedes-Benz.

“Colliers brings a forward-thinking approach to commercial real estate, with the reach and resources to scale impact quickly,” said Frank Woodling, chief executive of EnviroSpark. “Together, we’re making EV charging more accessible and helping commercial properties meet the expectations of today’s tenants and tomorrow’s drivers.”
