The company, which was founded in 2017, is currently expanding its market in various countries. One country that wants to be immediately targeted is Australia.

Australia became a target for Aiways after the company had already successfully marketed EVs in China and Europe. The plan, expansion in Australia will begin next year.

Most likely, the manufacturer is enlivening the Australian market through two products at once namely the U5 and U6. Both products are expected to be marketed at a price of 12 thousand Australian dollars to 55 thousand Australian dollars.

The Aiways U5 itself is a compact SUV that produces 201 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque. For practicality, this car relies on a 63 kWh battery with a cruising range of 410 kilometers.

To support security, this car is also equipped with adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, traffic sign recognition, a speed limiter, safe exit warning, automatic parking and a 360-degree camera.

By design, this car looks attractive thanks to the proportional design and distinctive fascia. The rear end also looks attractive thanks to the minimalist taillight design.
