Cadillac has released the price of the Lyriq EV, which is the first electric vehicle produced by Cadillac. This crossover will be sold starting from USD 62,990 and only add USD 2 thousand to its 4WD variant.
Additionally, Cadillac includes two years of unlimited public charging via the EV Go. Also credit up to USD 1,500 for home filling units via QMerit.
Orders will open for both RWD and AWD versions later this week. Customers will have two additional exterior paint options to choose from: Opulent Blue Metallic and Crystal White Tricoat. Later the RWD model will be released first. This is to welcome the fall of this year after production of the Lyriq Debut Edition ended this summer.

The AWD model will be launched at US dealerships early next year. Cadillac also launched an EPA-rated mileage of 312 miles or more than 500 km for the RWD Lyriq. However, there is no official information about the AWD version, but observers say it could be lower than that number.
Reporting from engadet, Cadillac announced on Monday (16/5) that it is partnering with EV Go charging station network and home charging system installer, QMerit. This is to help shoppers who are far from charging stations or don’t want to transact with cash.

Lyriq buyers can choose from the two included charging options: two years of unlimited charging sessions on the 850-plus EV Go station. You can also choose to receive a discount of up to USD 1,500 or around Rp. 22 million for the installation of a charging unit in a Level 2 AC home.
If you choose the public charging option it will be faster with a maximum rate of 190kW on a DC Level 3 charger. The Lyric will add a range of 76 miles in about 10 minutes. While the method of charging at home for 45 minutes.
