General Motors’ premium brand Cadillac has officially launched the high-performance Lyriq-V electric SUV in Europe, expanding the model’s availability to Germany, France and Switzerland. Customer orders opened this month, with pricing starting at over €108,000 and first deliveries expected in November 2025.
The Lyriq-V marks Cadillac’s first all-electric entry into its performance-oriented V-Series lineup, traditionally reserved for its most powerful models. Initially revealed in January and targeted at English-speaking markets, the Lyriq-V will now also be offered in key European markets, with prices starting at €108,809 in Germany, €110,184 in France, and 112,771 Swiss francs in Switzerland.

Featuring a dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain delivering 459 kW (615 hp) and up to 880 Nm of torque, the Lyriq-V accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. A 102 kWh battery (91 kWh usable) provides a claimed WLTP range of approximately 460 kilometres. Cadillac’s figure is based on an EPA-estimated 285 miles, which typically underestimates range compared to the European WLTP standard.
In addition to its performance credentials, the Lyriq-V distinguishes itself through sporty design enhancements such as carbon fibre trim, 22-inch dark-finished wheels, and exclusive side skirts and front apron.

Interior features include a panoramic glass roof, 23-speaker audio system, a 33-inch curved display, and an augmented reality head-up display. The chassis has been re-tuned and includes dedicated driving modes like Launch Control and Competitive Mode.
“With LYRIQ-V, we’re delivering the boldest expression yet of Cadillac’s electric vision for Europe – fast, luxurious, high-tech, and unmistakably Cadillac,” said Pere Brugal, President and Managing Director of GM Europe. “The decision to unveil this model at Le Mans was intentional — a tribute to our racing legacy and a demonstration of how the insights gained on the track can shape the future of electric mobility.”

Cadillac also unveiled the Optiq-V, a performance variant of its smaller Optiq electric SUV, though it has yet to confirm plans for a European launch.
