BMW to unveil its fully electric i7 sedan with range 580-610km per charge

BMW plans to launch the i7 electric sedan on April 20, 2022. This is confirmed in the company’s 2021 financial report which says it will launch an electric vehicle in April 2022.

BMW took to its Twitter that the new car would be revealed at Auto China in Beijing on April 20.

The most interesting thing for the vehicle to be introduced is the huge kidney grille. In mobiles with internal combustion engines the grille serves as the outlet for hot air from the engine. It’s interesting to see the function of the grille because the i7 is an electric vehicle.

According to The Verge, the grille on electric vehicles is not needed. But removing the grille can eliminate the hallmark of BMW car design.
