Toyota announces plans to manufacture hybrid vehicles and batteries in Turkey. The second-gen Toyota C-HR, set to be offered as both a hybrid and plug-in hybrid, will be produced at the Sakarya facility, which will also be the automaker’s first European plant with a battery production line. Valladolid, Spain is transitioning to more sustainable public transportation with the arrival of 11 18-meter Irizar e-mobility ie tram. Wolftank Group, an Austrian energy and environmental solution company, has partnered with Italian public transport operator TPER to set up TPH2, a joint venture for hydrogen refueling systems in Bologna. The new venture will provide integrated hydrogen refueling systems for Bologna’s public transport fleet of 127 fuel cell buses by 2026.
