The E.wave X features a redesigned bumper with forged intakes, two rally-style headlights, and added front skidplate. Rivian shares opened at a record low on Monday, down 14%, after reports that Ford will sell part of its stake in the electric vehicle maker. On Monday, Rivian shares were trading at around $24.77. The share price is far from a record high of $179.5 in November 2021. Earlier, Ford, which was one of Rivian’s initial shareholders, sold 8 million shares as the stock lock-in period ended on Sunday. Peugeot has given the e-Boxer electric van a new, bigger battery pack and increased range. The 75kWh battery adds an additional 15 miles to the e-Boxer’s range, giving it a total of 154 miles (WLTP) without hampering loading volume. The new 75kWh battery is paired with a 122bhp electric motor with a maximum torque of 350Nm which provides instant responsiveness without vibration and a smooth driving experience. Ford Motor selling their 8 million stake in Rivian Automotive, a source familiar with the matter told CNBC. Ford currently owns 102 million shares of Rivian. Ford itself will sell their stake in Rivian through Goldman Sachs, the sources said. Ford Motor is selling 8 million of its Rivian Automotive shares as the insider lockup for the stock expires on Sunday. Ford declined to comment, when confirmed about the sale. Porsche develops and manufactures battery cells that claim to be high-performance, the sports car manufacturer acquired a stake in US company Group14 Technologies, a manufacturer of advanced silicon-carbon technology for lithium-ion batteries. As the main investor, Porsche raised 100 million US dollars and led a Series C funding round in, in total, several companies invested a total of 400 million US dollars (about 328 million euros). Group14 Technologies, based in Woodinville in Washington state, intends to use the capital increase to accelerate production of anode materials for lithium-ion batteries worldwide.
