Honda is starting their expansion plan by entering the e-scooter market through a new subsidiary called Striemo. The new company will reportedly sell electric scooters that can run stably and are equipped with large-capacity batteries. According to Yotari Mori as the CEO of Striemo, this scooter will be an alternative means of transportation that can be used by the public other than motorbikes. “This is a new mobility developed by leveraging knowledge of human needs. General Motors on Wednesday (15/6/2022) announced that it would invest US$81 million to build the flagship electric car Cadillac Celestiq at the Warren Technical Center plant, located in Michigan, United States.
