Autel Energy on Saturday introduced a new generation of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure featuring liquid-cooled power modules, scalable cabinet systems, and upgraded all-in-one chargers, in a move to meet surging demand for ultra-fast and reliable charging solutions.
The platform is powered by Autel’s proprietary MaxiModule LCM60/120 liquid-cooled modules, available in 60-kilowatt and 120-kilowatt variants. The company said the modules are engineered for high efficiency, stability, and long-term performance under heavy loads, helping operators cut costs through higher uptime and lower total ownership costs.
The new modules are integrated into the MaxiCharger DS600L cabinet system, designed for large-scale deployments with an output capacity of up to 3 megawatts per cabinet cluster. Autel said the system uses a redundant architecture for critical components to minimize downtime and supports both CCS and MCS charging standards. It is compatible with energy storage and solar integration through the company’s Energy Management System.
Autel also upgraded its all-in-one charger lineup with the MaxiCharger DH600, a compact unit capable of 600 kW continuous charging with liquid-cooled cables supporting up to 650 amps. The company said the DH600 ensures consistent high-power delivery and reliable operation under demanding conditions.
Beyond hardware, Autel highlighted its MaxiCare service and artificial intelligence-based tools, which offer predictive maintenance, real-time optimization, and proactive infrastructure management. The firm said these features are designed to improve the user experience and support future applications of AI across its charging network.
